BenQ LU960 Extension Mount 10in

This fixed 10-inch extension mount is built specifically for BenQ LU960, LU960ST and LU960UST projectors. It positions the projector approximately 10 inches from the ceiling using 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium construction.

Installers needing precise projector placement

The CNC-machined plate ensures a perfect fit only for the three listed BenQ models; owners of any other projector cannot use this mount. It is not intended for drop or false ceilings, so installers working with suspended grids should look elsewhere.

10-inch fixed drop with full articulation

The mount sets the projector 10 inches below the ceiling and allows 360-degree rotation plus +/- 80-degree tilt and roll adjustment. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included for installation on drywall or wooden beams.

Questions about this item

What hardware comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to mount the BenQ LU960?

The package includes the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting plate, the 10 inch extension column and all screws and fasteners for a drywall or wooden-beam ceiling. No extra parts are required for those surfaces.

How do I know this 10 inch extension is the right length for my LU960ST installation?

The column positions the projector roughly 10 inches below the ceiling. Choose it when that drop distance matches your room layout; the mount fits only the LU960, LU960ST and LU960UST models listed in the title.

What does the 80 degree tilt spec mean once the LU960UST is hanging from the ceiling?

You can pitch the projector up or down by up to 80 degrees from level, and the arm also rotates a full 360 degrees, so the image can be aimed at almost any point on the screen or wall.
