Projector Mount for Optoma TH1060p and TX779 Series

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for the Optoma TH1060p, TX779 and TX779-3D projectors. It uses a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum plate that matches the mounting points of those models exactly. All required hardware and detailed instructions are included for a straightforward installation.

Installers Needing Precise Lens Alignment on Solid

The lateral shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left and right adjustment to centre the lens when the mounting surface is off-centre. Full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll allow flexible aiming. The design leaves open space around the projector for heat dissipation. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Telescoping Extension Range of 13 to 20 Inches

The adjustable column positions the projector approximately 13 to 20 inches from the ceiling in one-inch increments. This single dimension determines whether the image height and throw distance suit the room. Verify the required drop length before purchase.

Questions about this item

What projector models must I already own for the OPTOMA-TH1060p-LAT-13 mount to fit?

The mount is designed only for Optoma TH1060p, TX779 and TX779-3D projectors; the CNC-machined plate will not fit any other make or model.

How does the 360-degree rotation and 1-1/2 inch lateral shift help when I keep my existing ceiling joist layout?

You can rotate the projector fully and shift it left or right by 1-1/2 inches to centre the lens without moving the mounting point.

After installation, how do I confirm the telescoping extension is locked at a correct distance?

The extension locks in 1-inch increments between 13 and 20 inches from the ceiling; verify the projector sits at one of those fixed positions.
