Panasonic PT-FW530 Mount Compatibility

This ceiling mount fits Panasonic PT-FW530, FW530L, FX500, FX500L, FZ570 and FZ570L projector models. It is designed specifically for these units rather than acting as a universal bracket. The CNC-machined mounting plate ensures precise fitment for the listed projectors only. Buyers with different projector models will need a different mounting solution.

Aircraft Aluminium Construction

The mount uses 100 percent 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium for structural rigidity. The design sets the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling surface, leaving adequate space for heat to escape during operation. Minimal projector coverage helps maintain airflow around the chassis. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations.

360-Degree Rotation With Lateral Shift

The coupling rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll adjustment in any direction. A lateral shift coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left or right movement to centre the projector lens. This helps when the mounting surface is not perfectly aligned with the screen centre. The package includes all necessary hardware and detailed instructions for quick installation.

Questions about this item

How do I install the PANASONIC-PT-FW530-SLOTTED mount and what step is often missed?

Use the included hardware and follow the detailed instructions to attach the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate to your Panasonic PT-FW530, FW530L, FX500, FX500L, FZ570 or FZ570L; the step many miss is adjusting the Lateral Shift Coupling up to 1-1/2 inches left or right so the lens lines up with the screen centre.

What maintenance or replacement will this projector ceiling mount need over time?

The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum construction and 360-degree rotation mechanism are built to last with no scheduled maintenance; only periodic checks that the mounting bolts remain tight are required.

What is the first limitation you hit when using this mount continuously?

The fixed 5-inch drop from the ceiling and the 1-1/2-inch lateral shift range are the hard limits; the mount is not intended for drop or false ceilings, so ceiling type is the primary constraint.
