Suited For Precise Installations

Installers who need to centre the lens when the ceiling mounting point is offset will benefit from the 1-1/2 inch lateral shift coupling. The mount provides full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment for flexible image alignment. Buyers with different projector models or those mounting to drop ceilings should look elsewhere.

Confirm the ceiling structure can support a solid mount, as this unit is not intended for false or drop ceilings. The projector sits approximately 5 inches from the ceiling surface, so check vertical clearance in the room. Ensure the projector model number matches the compatible list exactly before ordering.

Questions about this item

Which Panasonic projector models does the PANASONIC-PT-VX610U-SLOTTED mount fit?

The mount is designed specifically for the Panasonic PT-VX610U, VX615N, VX615NU, VZ470U and VZ580 models; it will not fit other projectors.

Can this mount be used with an older universal ceiling plate I already have?

No, the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate is made only for the listed Panasonic models and cannot be swapped onto a universal plate.

How do I verify the mount is installed correctly after setup?

Confirm the projector sits roughly five inches from the ceiling, rotates 360 degrees, pitches and rolls smoothly, and the lateral shift coupling centres the lens within 1-1/2 inches side to side.
