Designed for ViewSonic LS-Series Projectors

Rigid 6061-T6 Aluminium Build

The entire mount is machined from 100% aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium for maximum rigidity. It positions the projector roughly five inches from the ceiling and allows 360-degree rotation with tilt adjustment up to 80 degrees in any direction. No moving parts generate noise and the fixed offset keeps power draw unchanged.

Drywall or Wood Beam Installation Only

All required hardware and detailed instructions are supplied for mounting directly to a drywall ceiling or wooden beam. The kit is not designed for drop or false ceilings, so installers without solid overhead structure cannot use this product. Projector not included.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the VIEWSONIC-LS500W-MM mount to a drywall ceiling and what step is most often missed?

Use the included hardware to secure the base to drywall or a wooden beam; the step most often missed is verifying the CNC-machined plate orientation so the projector sits exactly 5 inches from the ceiling with adequate heat clearance.

Will any part of this aluminium mount need replacement or maintenance over time?

The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium construction and included hardware are designed for long-term use without scheduled maintenance; no components are identified as wear items.

What is the maximum tilt angle before the LS500W projector loses stability on this mount?

The mount allows +/- 80 degrees of tilt and 360-degree rotation while maintaining a secure hold on the listed ViewSonic models.
