Targeted Vivitek Ceiling Mount

This projector accessory is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium for the Vivitek D548, D548HA, D550, D551, D552, D553, D554 and D555 models. The CNC plate matches only those units so the housing sits securely with minimal coverage. It is built for installers who need a fixed, model-specific bracket rather than a universal kit.

Integration and Clearance

The bracket positions the projector roughly 5 inches below the ceiling and provides 1-1/2 inches of lateral shift to centre the lens when the mounting surface is off-centre. Full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustments let the installer aim the image without moving the ceiling anchor. All required hardware and instructions are included for a single-install job.

Thermal and Structural Behaviour

Open plate design leaves generous space around the projector vents so exhaust heat escapes upward without recirculation. The rigid aluminium frame adds no moving parts or motors, so the mount contributes zero operational noise. Because the structure is fixed and non-motorised, it draws no electrical power once installed.
