Questions about this item

What does the 80-degree tilt range mean when the projector is actually mounted?

The mount lets you angle the projector up to 80 degrees up or down from level, so you can point the image sharply downward or upward without moving the ceiling plate.

How does the 360-degree rotation work in practice and what limits it?

The projector plate spins a full 360 degrees on its yaw axis, letting you aim the lens in any horizontal direction; the only limits are the tilt range and any cables you run to the unit.

What ceiling structure and hardware are needed to install this mount?

The kit includes all screws and anchors for a drywall ceiling or a wooden beam, and the plate positions the projector roughly 5 inches below the ceiling surface.
