Projector Ceiling Mount for Optoma Models

This projector ceiling mount is designed specifically for Optoma HD144X, HD243X, HD27e, HD27HDR, S365, W365 and X365 models. It is built from 100% 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum for a rigid, durable structure. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included for a straightforward installation onto drywall or wooden beams.

Adjustable Orientation and Heat Clearance

The mount rotates a full 360 degrees and provides a tilt range of +/- 80 degrees, allowing flexible image alignment. The CNC-machined mounting plate uses minimal coverage on the projector body, leaving adequate space for heat to escape during sustained operation. This design keeps the projector positioned approximately 5 inches from the ceiling surface.

Verify Projector Model and Ceiling Type

Before ordering, confirm your exact projector model matches the listed Optoma series, as the plate will only fit those units and the actual plate may differ from product images. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations, so ensure you have a solid drywall ceiling or wooden beam for secure mounting.

Questions about this item

How much heat clearance does the 6061-T6 aluminium plate leave around the Optoma HD144X?

The CNC-machined plate uses minimal coverage so hot air can escape freely from the projector vents.

What ceiling types and hardware are required before I start the installation?

The kit includes every screw and anchor for drywall or wooden beams; drop or false ceilings are not supported.

Will the fixed 5-inch drop and ±80-degree tilt still align the image on my Optoma HD27HDR?

Yes, the mount is built exclusively for the listed models so the 5-inch offset and full tilt range keep the lens centred.
