Compatible Projector Models

This ceiling mount is engineered specifically for Optoma TW556-3D, TW635-3D, TX612-3D and TX635-3D projectors. The CNC-machined mounting plate ensures a precise fit for these models only. It positions the projector approximately five inches from the ceiling surface. Buyers with different projector makes or models should look elsewhere.

Build Quality and Adjustment Range

The mount body is constructed from 100 percent 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium for lasting rigidity. It provides full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment in any direction. A lateral shift coupling adds one and a half inches of side-to-side movement to centre the lens when the ceiling mounting point is off-axis. All necessary installation hardware is included.

Installation Scope and Limitations

This accessory replaces generic universal mounts that can obstruct vents or leave the projector misaligned. The dedicated plate design minimises coverage and preserves airflow around the unit. It is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations. The fixed five-inch extension cannot be lengthened or shortened.

Questions about this item

Will this mount work with the Optoma TX612-3D I already own?

Yes, the mount is designed for the TX612-3D along with the TW556-3D, TW635-3D and TX635-3D models.

How can I verify the mount is holding the projector level after installation?

The 360 degree rotation and pitch adjustment let you level the image; the 1-1/2 inch lateral shift centres the lens on the screen.

Does the package include every bolt and bracket needed, or must I buy extra hardware?

All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included; nothing else is required for a standard ceiling installation.
