Dual-pack mounting adapter
The ProMediaGear CS2 converts a standard 1/4"-20 thread into a cold shoe mount for flash units. Two adapters are supplied for photographers who run dual-light setups or need a spare on location.
Anti-rotation security under load
Captive screws with 5/32 hex heads lock the adapter to Boomerang brackets and PMG handles without shifting during extended shooting sessions. The captive design prevents the fastener from backing out when gear is moved repeatedly.
Tool-dependent installation
A 5/32 allen key is required to tighten the captive screw, so the adapter cannot be secured by hand alone. Flash units with oversized foot pins may not engage the safety-pin hole, limiting compatibility to standard Nikon and Canon profiles.
