Ready-to-install 240W projector lamp

This Promethean PRM-45-LAMP module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing, so it fits straight into compatible Promethean projectors without extra assembly. It uses a P-VIP 240W lamp rated for 4000 hours in normal mode and 6000 hours in economy mode. The unit is manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards.

Lamp life varies with projector settings

Running the projector in normal brightness yields roughly 4000 hours before replacement, while economy mode extends that to about 6000 hours. Actual runtime depends on how often the projector is powered on, ambient temperature and whether the unit is allowed to cool properly after each use. Frequent short cycles reduce overall lifespan.

Verify the exact projector model first

Promethean projectors that accept the PRM-45-LAMP may have several lamp variants, including OEM and compatible versions, so cross-reference your projector’s part number before ordering. Ensure the projector’s lamp compartment is clean and the air filters are clear to maintain proper cooling. The module is sold as a spare part, not as a projector upgrade.
