Ford Transit Utility Truck in HO Scale

This Promotex model replicates a Ford Transit utility truck in 1/87 scale for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts. It arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging as an officially licensed product. The plastic construction features detailed interior and exterior surfaces without any openings. It suits display layouts or dioramas built to HO proportions.

1/87 Scale Capacity and Display Limits

At approximately 2.25 inches long the model fits standard HO track and scenery footprints. The fixed moulding captures the utility body shape accurately but offers no moving parts or interior access. Collectors gain a true-to-scale vehicle that occupies minimal shelf space. The sealed design means the piece cannot be customised or detailed further after purchase.

Plastic Model Construction Constraints

The single-piece plastic body limits modification and prevents the addition of aftermarket detail parts. Paint and lettering are factory-applied so colour changes require stripping and repainting. The model lacks openings so under-chassis details remain unseen. It is intended for static display rather than operational use on powered layouts.
