SKU CH-8ARH-1FH9T

Flame-resistant Nomex coverall with 4.5 oz fabric weight, six outside pockets and a zipper closure for chest sizes 39 to 40 inches

  • Flame-resistant Nomex fabric protects against flash fire
  • 5 oz lightweight material reduces heat stress during long shifts
  • Six external pockets keep tools accessible without a tool belt
  • Zipper front closure allows quick donning and doffing
  • Unisex fit covers chest 39 to 40 inches with 28 inch inseam

Flight Suit Fit and Function

The PROPPER flight suit is a unisex coverall sized for a 39 to 40 inch chest with a 28 1/2 inch inseam. It uses 4.5 oz Nomex fabric that is not insulated. A zipper closure and six outside pockets support daily work routines.

Nomex Fabric and Weight Upgrade

The 4.5 oz Nomex material replaces heavier insulated suits or non-flame-resistant cotton blends. The lighter weight is worth it when mobility matters more than thermal protection in moderate conditions.

Pocket Capacity and Coverage Limits

Six outside pockets carry essential tools and personal items within easy reach. The suit runs out of secure storage when the job demands internal compartments or a hammer loop that this model omits.

Questions about this item

What chest measurement and inseam length does this coverall fit?

The coverall fits a chest size of 39 to 40 inches and has a 28 1/2 inch inseam.

How do you put it on and what is the common mistake with the zipper?
