Purell 1200 ml ES4 Antimicrobial Foam Refill

This pack contains two 1200 ml refills of Purell antimicrobial foam soap formulated with 0.5% BAK for quick-acting efficacy. The hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested formula maintains the skin's natural moisture barrier and is dye-free with a light fragrance. It meets USDA biobased requirements for handwash and is designed for general handwashing in professional settings. The sanitary sealed PET bottles are recyclable after removing the pump.

Check ES4 Dispenser Compatibility Before Ordering

These refills fit only Purell ES4 push-style soap dispensers, so verify the model on your existing units before purchasing. The lightweight PET bottle with mixed-material collar and pump is engineered for the ES4 system's dispensing mechanism. Each refill features an at-a-glance window to monitor product level easily, and the sealed design holds its shape while emptying for hygienic replacement.

Suits Facilities Using Purell ES4 Dispensers

This two-pack suits offices, healthcare sites, and breakrooms already equipped with Purell ES4 dispensers that need a reliable antimicrobial foam refill. Buyers who want more storage capacity per refill or who use a different dispensing system should look at something else, as these bottles are specific to the ES4 platform and the 1200 ml size. The product is new and supplied as a sealed two-pack.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and does it include the ES4 dispenser?

The pack contains two 1200 ml refill bottles only; the ES4 push-style dispenser is sold separately.

How do I choose between the listed versions or capacities for this product?

This model 5079-02 is offered only as a two-pack of 1200 ml refills, so there is no alternative capacity or version to select.

What does the 0.5 % BAK antimicrobial claim mean when the soap is used in a real ES4 dispenser?

The foam contains 0.5 % benzalkonium chloride and is formulated to kill germs quickly while remaining as mild as Purell's top-selling non-antimicrobial soap.
