Touch-Free ES8 Dispenser

The Purell 7724-01 is a wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispenser that operates without physical contact. It is designed for workplaces, schools and public facilities that need reliable hand-hygiene stations. The unit accepts 1200 ml ES8 refills and meets ADA compliance requirements.

Upgrade from Manual Pumps

This dispenser replaces hand-operated pump bottles that can become contaminated through touch. The jump is worth it when a facility wants to reduce cross-contamination risk and ensure a consistent dose every time. Each refill includes its own coin cell battery so the dispenser stays operational without separate power wiring.

Build Integration

The gray housing mounts directly to a wall and uses lightweight PET refills with a tear-off collar for easier recycling. A lock-or-not option lets managers secure the unit or leave it open. Optional SMARTLINK modules can be added later for service alerts and compliance monitoring. Buyers who need a counter-top model or a smaller capacity should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What wall space does the 1200 ml dispenser need?

The unit is a wall-mount ES8 dispenser measuring 1200 ml capacity; it requires a flat vertical surface with room for the refill bottle to hang below the housing.

How is the ES8 dispenser mounted, and what step is often missed?

Mount the back plate to the wall, then snap the dispenser body onto it; the step often missed is ensuring the refill collar is fully seated so the coin-cell battery makes contact.

What parts need replacing on the 7724-01 over time?

Each 1200 ml PET refill includes its own coin-cell battery and pump; when the sanitizer runs out, replace the entire refill bottle to restore both fluid and power.
