Product Identity

Purell 880303 is a fragrance-free instant hand sanitizer refill containing 1200 ml of advanced foam formula. It kills 99.99% of most common germs that may cause illness and is designed for high-traffic commercial or institutional settings. The patent-pending formulation outperforms other sanitizers ounce for ounce while a blend of four skin conditioners helps maintain skin health.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your existing dispenser accepts 1200 ml refill cartridges before ordering. The refill is clear in colour and sold as a single unit intended for compatible drawer cabinet systems. Ensure the dispenser mechanism is designed for foam delivery rather than gel or liquid formats.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The foam formulation is milder on skin than repeated hand washing, supporting frequent use throughout a shift without excessive dryness. Clinically proven conditioners work continuously to preserve the skin's natural barrier during sustained, high-frequency application. The high-capacity refill reduces replacement intervals in busy environments.
