Compact 30W megaphone for public address

The Pyle PMP32GR is a lightweight, pistol-grip megaphone that delivers up to 30 watts of voice amplification. Its green chassis projects sound to 800 yards, making it suitable for crowd control, event coordination and emergency alerts. A built-in siren mode adds an audible warning signal at the push of a button. The foldable handle allows the unit to be carried or stored in a compact footprint.

Battery power and ergonomic controls

The speaker runs on four D cells, so it operates away from mains power without cables or chargers. An adjustable volume knob lets the operator set output precisely for the environment. The pistol grip and foldable handle keep the device balanced during extended use and reduce the space needed in a gear bag or vehicle compartment.

Suited for mobile voice projection.

Organisers, marshals and safety officers who need portable, battery-powered amplification will find the range and siren useful. Users who require mains-powered operation, integrated microphone inputs or recording functions should consider alternatives designed for permanent installation.

Questions about this item

How long will the 30 W amplifier run on a set of 4 D batteries before the volume drops?

Runtime depends on the brand and capacity of the D cells you install; higher-capacity alkaline batteries will sustain full output longer than standard cells.

Does the siren mode make the unit noticeably hotter or louder than voice mode during extended use?

Both modes draw from the same 30 W amplifier, so heat and acoustic output stay comparable; the chassis is designed to dissipate warmth during prolonged operation.

Which battery type must I supply myself before the megaphone will turn on?

You need four D-size batteries; the compartment accepts standard alkaline, rechargeable NiMH or heavy-duty cells.
