Purpose & Audience

The PZL replacement remote controls a 38 inch tower fan with 80 degree oscillation. It suits anyone who has lost or broken the original handset for that specific bladeless standing fan.

Upgrade Context

This remote replaces a missing or faulty factory controller for the same 38 inch model. The jump is worth it when the original unit no longer responds, buttons stick, or the infrared emitter has failed.

Installation & Pitfalls

No programming or pairing is required; insert batteries and the infrared link works at over 26 feet with a 120 degree arc. The main pitfall is that batteries and instructions are not included, so buyers must supply their own cells.

Questions about this item

This PZL replacement remote is made for a 38 inch tower fan with 80 degree oscillation.

How do I set it up and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Insert batteries and point the infrared emitter at the fan; the common mistake is skipping the batteries because none are included in the box.

What will I need to replace over time to keep it working?

You will need to replace the batteries periodically; the remote itself has no user-serviceable parts.
