Charging kit for Quest 2 and LG phones

This 18 W Quick Charge 3.0 kit includes a wall adapter and a 10 ft USB-C cable. It is built for Oculus Meta Quest 2, Quest Pro and a long list of LG Android models such as the Velvet 5G, Wing 5G, G5 through G8, V30 through V50 ThinQ and recent K- and Stylo-series phones. The adapter delivers 5 V 3 A, 9 V 2 A or 12 V 1.5 A output.

Plug in and charge

The adapter uses a standard USB-A port so you connect the supplied cable and plug into any mains socket. Thick copper conductors and a reinforced PVC jacket reduce resistance and survive repeated bending. The brick housing is made from fire-retardant material and the built-in chip provides over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection.

Not for legacy LG or non-USB-C devices

The kit only fits devices with a USB-C charging port. It will not work with older LG handsets such as the G4, G3, G2, V10, V60 ThinQ, Stylo 2 or 3, or K20, K30 and K40 models. Buyers who need a micro-USB or proprietary connector must choose a different product.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the charger is delivering fast charge to my Quest 2 after plugging it in?

The adapter supplies up to 18 W via QC 3.0; your headset should show its fast-charge indicator or reach a high battery percentage noticeably quicker than with a standard 5 W brick.

What exactly ships in the package and is there anything else I need to buy?

The box contains one 18 W QC 3.0 wall adapter and one 10 ft USB-C cable; no extra items are required for the listed LG phones or Quest 2 headsets.

Which version should I pick if I own an LG Velvet 5G and also want to charge a Quest 2?

This single TE-706 kit works for both — the 10 ft cable and 18 W adapter support the Velvet 5G and Quest 2 without needing a different model.
