Questions about this item

Will the neckband's 19 g weight and U-style collar balance well with my existing over-ear headphones when I switch between them?

The 19 g neckband distributes weight across the shoulders via its memory-metal collar, so it feels lighter on the ears than typical over-ear models and stays balanced during movement.

How can I confirm the IPX4 sweat protection is active after my first workout?

After exercising, check that the earbuds and inline microphone still function normally and show no moisture inside the 9 mm driver housings; IPX4 guards against sweat ingress during vigorous use.

Which accessories are included in the 19.7 × 15.5 × 3.3 cm package and what must I supply myself?

The box contains the QCY L1 neckband headset with attached earbuds and a charging cable; a USB power source for the 200-hour standby battery is not included.
