Collapsible File Box with Slide Rails

The Qerlei collapsible file organizer box holds letter and legal size folders on integrated PVC slide rails. Green cotton-linen fabric over thick cardboard keeps its shape under load. A Velcro lid, front label window and two side handles complete the design for office or home filing.

Lid and Handles Change Daily Use

The cover with Velcro fasteners seals out dust while allowing quick access to contents. Two side handles make the box portable up to its 25 pound capacity. A transparent card window on the front lets you label each box without opening it.

Dimensions Define Shelf Fit

At 14.96 long by 12.6 wide by 10.8 high inches the box occupies 1808 cubic inches of shelf space. The fixed footprint means it fits standard shelving but cannot expand for bulkier archives. Buyers needing larger capacity or modular stacking should consider other formats.

Questions about this item

Will the fabric or cardboard need replacing after heavy daily use?

The cotton-linen outer layer and reinforced cardboard core are built for repeated handling, but fabric can wear at stress points if the 25 lb capacity is regularly maxed out.

What stops me from loading more files once the box is full?

The internal volume is 1808 cubic inches and the rails accept letter and legal folders, so the hard limit is physical space inside the 14.96 x 12.6 x 10.8 in frame.

Does the lid or fabric trap heat when the box sits under a desk all day?

No active components generate heat; the fabric cover and Velcro lid simply insulate contents from ambient temperature changes.
