What this adapter does
This QGeeM adapter adds two HDMI outputs to a laptop or PC through a single USB-C or USB 3.0 port. It supports extended desktop modes (ABB and ABC) and mirror mode on Windows 7/10/11 and macOS 10.13 or newer. The 0.12 m cable keeps the setup compact for desk or travel use.
Limits of the USB connection
Maximum resolution across the two HDMI ports is 4K at 30 Hz. The adapter requires a driver download before first use; after that it works without reinstallation. Android, Chrome OS, Linux and Unix systems are not supported. Thunderbolt 3 compatible ports are accepted.
The spec that decides fit
Your computer must run Windows 7/10/11 or macOS 10.13 or above and provide a USB-C or USB 3.0 Type-A port. If you need higher refresh rates, Linux support or a driver-free experience, this is not the right part.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the USB-C 3.0 or USB-A 3.0 connector for my laptop?
Use whichever port your laptop has free; both carry the same DisplayLink signal to the two HDMI outputs.
What does the 4K@30Hz spec mean when I plug in two monitors?
Each HDMI port can drive a 4K panel at 30 Hz, giving you extended desktop space across both screens.
Does the Thunderbolt 3 label affect the video bandwidth I actually get?
The adapter runs over standard USB 3.0 speeds, so the Thunderbolt port works as a regular USB-C connection for this device.
