Qidoe C50 30W PD3.0 QC3.0 Charger

The Qidoe C50 is a compact USB charger built for European-style motorcycles such as Ducati, Triumph and BMW models. It converts a 12V to 24V DIN or Hella socket into two fast-charging ports for phones and tablets. Riders who need reliable power on long journeys will find it fits directly into the bike's existing accessory outlet without extra wiring. It is not for vehicles that only offer a standard cigarette-lighter socket.

Aluminium shell with rubber port covers

The aluminium alloy body dissipates heat during extended charging sessions while the rubber covers shield both USB ports from water and road dust. A blue LED voltmeter displays the battery voltage from 9V to 30V when the ports are unloaded, giving a quick health check before you ride. Two ports — one USB-C and one USB-A — allow simultaneous charging of a phone and a navigation device. The DIN/Hella plug locks securely so vibration does not disconnect the charger.

Replaces basic 5V USB adapters

Older 5V-only adapters cannot fast-charge modern phones; this unit adds PD3.0 up to 30W on the USB-C port and QC3.0 up to 18W on the USB-A port. An iPhone 12 reaches 50 percent charge in about 30 minutes from the USB-C port when the bike runs on a 24V system. The upgrade is worth it if your devices support USB-PD or Quick Charge and you want shorter stops. It will not charge laptops that require higher wattage.

Questions about this item

What charging standards does the USB-C port support and what is its maximum output?

The USB-C port supports PD3.0 and delivers up to 30W when connected to a 24V system, with output profiles of 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2.5A, 15V/2A and 20V/1.5A.

What physical plug and dimensions are required to mount this charger on a motorcycle?

It uses a DIN/Hella plug and measures 2.8 by 1.4 by 1.4 inches, fitting European-style motorcycles such as BMW, Ducati and Triumph.

How is the charger installed and what common mistake should be avoided with the voltmeter?

Plug the DIN/Hella connector into the motorcycle socket; the built-in voltmeter only shows accurate battery voltage when no device is charging, so read it with the ports unloaded.
