Four-bay rackmount NAS with Intel Celeron N5095 processor, 8 GB DDR4, dual 2.5 GbE ports, PCIe slot and redundant power supply
The TS-464U-RP-8G-US is a 1U four-bay rackmount NAS powered by an Intel Celeron N5095 quad-core processor that bursts to 2.9 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 memory that cannot be expanded further. Two 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports support port trunking for up to 5 Gbps combined throughput. A PCIe Gen 3 x2 slot allows the addition of network, caching or AI accelerator cards. Dual 250 W power supplies provide full redundancy.
Organisations that need a compact, redundant storage server for file sharing, iSCSI targets or light virtual machines will benefit from the HDMI 1.4b output and AES 256-bit encryption. Buyers who require more than four drive bays or memory beyond 8 GB should consider larger chassis models. Environments demanding 10 GbE connectivity out of the box will need to add a card through the PCIe slot.
The chassis accepts four 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs for a maximum raw capacity of 88 TB. Memory is soldered at 8 GB DDR4 with no upgrade path, so the system cannot support workloads that need more RAM. This specification determines whether the unit fits the intended application.
Measured against everything we stock in Rack-Mounted NAS Servers, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The processor runs at up to 2.9 GHz and the two 2.5 GbE ports fall back to 1 GbE, so your current switch and 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch SATA drives will work without a bottleneck.
Watch the front-panel LEDs — Status, LAN, Expansion and the four HDD indicators — and check that power draw settles near 51.404 W in operating mode.
The 1U chassis comes with the N5095 CPU, 8 GB DDR4 soldered memory, dual 250 W redundant PSUs, two 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, HDMI 1.4b and a PCIe Gen 3 slot; you must supply four SATA drives.
