Product purpose

These #9 double-window envelopes suit offices that mail invoices, statements or checks in volume. The Redi-Seal closure removes the need for moisture and speeds up high-throughput processing.

Compatibility check

Verify that your folding equipment or inserting machine accepts the 3.88 by 8.88 inch format and the specific window positions described. Confirm that standard 8.5 by 11 inch forms align with the top and bottom windows before ordering.

Build and daily use

The 24 lb white wove stock with poly windows resists tearing during automated handling. Blue security tinting blocks read-through on sensitive data. The double-flap design prevents premature sticking, so envelopes stay ready until you press the lower flap to seal.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the 500-count box and is anything else needed to seal them?

The box contains 500 white wove #9 envelopes with double poly windows and blue security tint. The Redi-Seal closure seals by pressing the lower flap — no moisture or extra supplies are required.

How do I decide between the top and bottom window sizes for my invoice layout?

The top window measures 1-3/16" x 3-1/2" and sits 3/8" from the left and 2" from the bottom. The bottom window measures 1" x 4" and sits 3/8" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom. Choose the envelope if both windows align with your form's address blocks.

Will a standard 8-1/2" x 11" invoice fit without folding?

These envelopes are sized 3.88" x 8.88" and are specified to hold standard 8-1/2" x 11" invoice forms, so the sheet fits as intended for mailing.
