Ten pairs of reusable silicone earplugs

This set contains ten pairs of soft silicone earplugs supplied in mixed colours. Each pair is individually wrapped for hygiene and portability. The long stem design makes insertion and removal easier while keeping fingers away from the part that enters the ear. They are intended for adults seeking washable hearing protection.

SNR 28 dB and NRR 25 dB attenuation

The earplugs provide a single-number rating of 28 dB and a noise reduction rating of 25 dB. They comfortably reduce background noise during sleep, concerts, yard work and similar loud environments. Protection decreases if the fit is not snug or if the plugs are worn loosely. They are not suited for applications requiring certified industrial attenuation beyond these ratings.

Washable, waterproof and non-toxic

Made from soft non-toxic silicone, the plugs can be washed with soap and warm water and reused for two months up to a year. Their waterproof construction allows use while swimming. The material stays flexible in normal use and does not degrade quickly when cleaned regularly. They are not designed for extreme heat or chemical exposure.

Questions about this item

Will the 28dB attenuation work with my existing earmuffs for double protection?

The plugs provide 28dB SNR on their own; combined attenuation with earmuffs depends on the muffs' rating and fit, so check the muff specification for total expected reduction.

How can I confirm the 28dB rating is effective after I insert them?

A proper seal should make loud speech sound muffled and reduce ambient noise noticeably; if you still hear sharp high-frequency sounds clearly, re-insert the long stem until the fit feels secure.

What comes in the pack and do I need a carrying case?

You receive 10 colour-coded pairs individually wrapped; no case is included, so you may want a small pouch to keep the wrapped pairs together.
