What you get

This pack contains twenty pairs of foam earplugs, giving forty individual plugs in total. Each pair is individually wrapped for hygiene and portability. The bright orange colour makes them easy to locate in a bag or toolbox. They are intended for single-use hearing protection across a variety of loud environments.

Check before use

Verify that the 32 dB noise reduction rating meets the requirements of your specific activity or workplace standard. Confirm that the one-size design is suitable for the intended wearer’s ear canals. Note that the foam material is disposable and not designed for repeated cleaning or long-term reuse. Ensure you are comfortable with a fabric cord connecting the two plugs.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive foam device, these earplugs draw no power and generate no heat or electronic noise. The soft foam expands with a rebound time of thirty-five seconds to seal the ear canal. The SNR value is rated at 38 dB, indicating high attenuation across frequencies. The fabric cord prevents tangling and does not stick to skin or hair during movement.

How many individually wrapped pairs come in the pack and is the fabric cord already attached?

The listing shows both NRR 32dB and SNR 38dB — which figure should I use when comparing protection levels?

Use NRR 32dB for U.S. comparisons and SNR 38dB for European comparisons; both refer to the same foam plug tested under different standards.

With a 35-second rebound time, how long should I wait after rolling the plug before inserting it?

Roll the plug, insert it immediately, then hold it in place for about 35 seconds while the foam expands to fill the ear canal.
