Polaris fuel pump lock ring
The Quantum HFP-LR100 is a transparent lock ring designed to secure the fuel pump assembly on a wide range of Polaris off-road and utility vehicles. It fits models from 2011 through 2020 including the ACE 500, Ranger 570, RZR 900 and Sportsman 850. The part replaces the original retaining ring during pump service or tank removal.
Replaces worn or damaged OEM ring
Use this lock ring when the factory item is cracked, stripped or lost during a fuel pump replacement. The jump is worth it whenever the tank is opened for maintenance on any listed Polaris from 2011 to 2020. It is not for vehicles outside the specified model years or for brands other than Polaris.
Holds seal under vibration and pressure
The ring maintains a positive lock on the pump flange despite constant vibration, fuel pressure and thermal cycling encountered in off-road use. Its transparent construction allows visual confirmation of full engagement during installation. It is not for applications requiring a metal locking ring or a different thread profile.

Questions about this item
What size lock ring does this HFP-LR100 replace on a Polaris fuel pump?
The HFP-LR100 replaces the original Polaris part number 2521693 lock ring used on compatible fuel pump assemblies across the listed Ranger, RZR, Sportsman and ACE models.
How is the transparent Quantum lock ring installed on the fuel pump module?
Remove the old ring, seat the new HFP-LR100 over the pump flange, then turn it clockwise until the tabs lock into the tank receiver; the most common error is stopping before the tabs fully engage.
When should the HFP-LR100 lock ring be inspected or replaced again?
Inspect the ring whenever the fuel pump is removed for service; replace it if the transparent body shows cracks, the locking tabs are rounded, or the seal groove is deformed.
