Hopper bin for industrial shelving
This blue hopper bin measures 23 7/8 in long by 11 in wide by 7 in high on the outside, with an interior of 21 7/8 in by 10 in by 6 7/8 in. Made from polypropylene and polyethylene, it weighs 3.16 lb and offers a volume of .8 cu ft. The unit is rated for a 100 lb load and includes three divider slots along its length. It is sold new and ready for use in storage systems.
Suited for parts kitting and lean workstations
Workers who need quick visual access to small components will benefit from the open hopper front and the ability to add black dividers using slot number 593. Facilities that require electrostatic discharge protection should look elsewhere because the bin is not ESD conductive. Operations needing taller sidewalls or a larger footprint than the listed dimensions should consider other container styles.
Check shelf depth and divider compatibility
Verify that your shelving bays provide at least 23 7/8 in of clear depth so the bin sits fully supported. Confirm the divider model 11M593 matches your organisation system before ordering accessories. Ensure the 100 lb load rating meets the weight of the items you plan to store in each bin.

Questions about this item
What shelving unit depth do I need so the 23-7/8 in outside length of this blue hopper bin fits properly?
The bin's outside length is 23-7/8 in, so the shelf must be at least that deep; its inside length is 21-7/8 in for usable storage space.
Will the older Grainger divider number 11M593 still fit the three divider slots moulded into this bin?
Yes, the supplier specifies use with Grainger divider 11M593, which matches the three long divider slots in this bin.
After loading the bin, how can I confirm it is holding weight within its rated limit?
The load capacity is 100 lb; ensure the combined contents stay at or below that figure and the bin shows no deformation.
