Magnetic wireless charger for iPhone 12 to 17

The Quartdaxy pad delivers up to 15 W wireless charging for iPhone 12 through 17 series including Pro, Plus, Max and Air models, plus AirPods 2, 3 and Pro. iPhone 8 and later with a magnetic case also align and charge. Strong magnets hold the device securely while the integrated LED ambient light indicates status.

Thermals noise and power draw

The charger accepts a 9 V 2 A input and outputs up to 15 W wirelessly. Supplier notes warn that the coil or board may overheat and pause charging; removing the device until it cools restores operation. No fan is present so operation is silent, and the slim profile keeps heat dissipation passive during normal use.

Build connectors and daily use

A compact white housing includes both USB-C and USB-A ports for flexible power input, and 360° magnetic alignment snaps the phone into the optimal position automatically. Standard cases weaken the magnetic hold; a magnetic case or caseless use is recommended. Metal objects, cards or sockets near the pad can interrupt charging and should be kept clear.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the Quartdaxy charger and which adapter rating avoids the slow-charging trap?

Plug the built-in USB connector into an 18 W or higher USB-C or USB-A power adapter; anything lower will not deliver the 15 W wireless maximum.

What regular upkeep does the magnetic pad and LED light need?

Wipe the charging surface and magnet ring with a dry cloth to remove dust or metal shavings; no internal parts are user-serviceable.

At what point does heat become the first limit during a long charging session?

If the transmitting board or receiving coil overheats, charging pauses automatically — remove the device and wait for it to cool before resuming.
