Enclosed Fabric Board 36 x 48 In

The Quartet 2364L is an enclosed fabric bulletin board measuring 36 inches high by 48 inches wide. It suits offices, schools or corridors that need a lockable display surface for notices, schedules or reference material. Two swing doors with a tamperproof lock and two included keys restrict access to authorised personnel. The grey fabric surface accepts pins or magnets for flexible posting.

Indoor Thermal And Acoustic Profile

As a passive indoor board it generates no heat, draws no power and produces no fan or coil noise. The acrylic doors and fibreboard frame add negligible thermal load to a climate-controlled room. Operation remains silent whether the doors are open or closed. No electrical connection or ventilation allowance is required for normal use.

Fiberboard Frame With Acrylic Doors

The frame is built from fibreboard finished in grey, matching the grey fabric interior for a uniform appearance. Two acrylic swing doors mount on the frame and close against a tamperproof lock, protecting posted items from dust, tampering or casual removal. The lock uses the two supplied keys. Wall-mount hardware is not detailed in the specifications, so installers should verify suitable fixings for the mounting surface.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 36 by 48 inch board so the two swing doors open freely?

Secure the fiberboard frame to wall studs using appropriate anchors for the unit's weight, then verify the 2 acrylic doors swing clear of adjacent walls or furniture before final tightening.

What upkeep does the gray fabric surface need over time?

Vacuum the fabric gently with a brush attachment to remove dust; treat stains with a mild detergent dabbed on a clean cloth, avoiding saturation that could weaken the fiberboard backing.

At what point does the tamperproof lock become the limiting factor under daily use?

The lock cylinder is rated for repeated key cycles; heavy daily locking and unlocking will eventually wear the mechanism, requiring a locksmith to rekey or replace the cylinder.
