3 mm Vegetable Slicing Aid

This green slicing aid attaches to a knife blade with magnets and produces uniform 3 mm slices of cucumber, carrot, fruit, mushroom or meat. It is designed for home cooks who want consistent thin cuts without a motorised appliance. The compact tool measures 3.43 by 0.87 by 0.79 inches and is made from food-safe plastic with stainless steel components.

Hand Wash Only and Knife Compatibility

The aid must be washed by hand and is not dishwasher safe. Before ordering, confirm that your knife blade is wide and flat enough for the magnetic pair to grip securely during slicing. The product contains no battery and requires no power source.

Magnetic Pair for Stability

Two magnetic aids are bundled so they clamp onto opposite sides of the blade, keeping the guide steady while you slice. This arrangement removes the need for a separate mandoline frame and allows the slicer to be stored in a drawer. No additional blades, guards or software are included.
