All-in-one tire inflator gauge for workshop
This LED digital inflator combines a gauge, chuck, inflation gun, bleed valve and thread-seal tape in a single stainless-steel and brass body. It connects to any ¼-inch NPT air compressor outlet and suits cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, RVs and trailers. The backlit LCD auto-activates when pressure is detected and powers down after 15 seconds of inactivity to extend battery life.
Measurement range and accuracy limits
The gauge reads from 0 to 250 PSI, equivalent to 17.2 Bar, 1724 KPA or 17.5 kg/cm², with a stated accuracy of ±1% and a display resolution of .1 PSI. Readings are reliable within the specified operating window of -4°F to 122°F; outside that range the sensor may drift. The unit requires two AAA batteries, which are not supplied, so the display will not function until they are fitted.
Simple compressor connection with common pitfalls
Installation is a matter of threading the ¼-inch NPT inlet onto the compressor hose and locking the chuck onto the valve stem; the leak-proof design minimises air loss during inflation. The main issues arise when batteries are missing or depleted, when the NPT thread size does not match the hose fitting, or when the chuck is not fully seated, causing inaccurate readings or slow inflation.

Questions about this item
What measurement units does the inflator display and which one should I use?
The gauge shows PSI, KPA, Bar, and Kg/cm² on the LCD. Choose the unit that matches your vehicle's recommended pressure specification.
What does the 250 PSI maximum mean when I am checking tires on my truck?
The 0-250 PSI range covers passenger cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, off-road vehicles, RVs and trailers, so you can read pressures up to 250 PSI on any of them.
How does the 1/4" NPT connection affect the air supply I can use?
The chuck fits a standard 1/4" NPT compressor outlet, so it works with any compressor that has that thread size.
