RBX Neoprene Hand Weights 4 lb Pair
The RBX Active neoprene hand weights come as a 4 lb set with two 2 lb dumbbells in black. They are fixed-weight tools built for home workouts, cardio sessions and strength training. The pair suits beginners and anyone adding light resistance to yoga, Pilates or barre routines.
Neoprene Coating Handles Sweat and Protects Floors
The soft neoprene coating gives a textured, non-slip surface that stays secure during high-rep sets even with sweaty palms. The durable exterior prevents scuffs and scratches on flooring when the weights are set down between exercises.
Bone-Shaped Profile Reduces Hand Fatigue
The slim, bone-shaped design fits naturally in the hand to improve grip security and lower fatigue during curls, pulses and lateral raises. No extra accessories or software are included; the ergonomic shape itself is the feature that supports controlled movement.

Questions about this item
How do I start using the neoprene hand weights, and what grip mistake should I avoid?
Pick up each 2 lb weight by its slim bone-shaped handle; the neoprene coating gives a non-slip surface, so do not wrap straps or gloves around it — that reduces the tactile feedback that keeps the weight secure in sweaty hands.
What part of these fixed 2 lb weights will wear out first and need replacement?
The neoprene coating is the only wear item; it can abrade or tear after heavy daily use, at which point the whole weight is replaced because the cast-iron core is not serviceable.
What limits how long I can keep lifting the 4 lb pair in a single session?
Grip fatigue from the slender profile usually stops a set before the neoprene coating overheats or the fixed 2 lb load becomes too heavy for toning exercises.
