Power-user 5G phone

The Redmi Poco X8 Pro MAX is an unlocked 5G smartphone built for power users who need sustained speed and long battery life. It ships with 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage, so multitasking and large apps stay responsive. The Dimensity 9500s processor handles gaming and heavy workloads without throttling. No microSD slot means the 256GB capacity is fixed.

256GB UFS 4.1 storage

The 256GB UFS 4.1 drive loads games and 50MP RAW files quickly, leaving enough headroom for dozens of large titles and offline media. When the drive fills, there is no expansion slot to add more space. Users who record 4K video daily or keep massive offline libraries will hit the limit faster. Cloud offload or a USB-C drive becomes necessary at that point.

8500mAh battery with 100W charge

The 8500mAh cell delivers multi-day runtime on mixed use and survives a full day of 120Hz gaming. 100W wired charging refills the pack in minutes, while 27W reverse charging tops up accessories. The 6.83" 1.5K AMOLED at 3500 nits stays visible outdoors without draining the battery prematurely. Heat stays controlled during extended sessions.

Questions about this item

Will my existing Nano SIM cards work with the dual-SIM tray on this Poco X8 Pro MAX?

Yes, the handset uses standard Nano SIM cards in both slots, so any active Nano SIM you already own will fit and function.

How can I verify the 120 Hz AMOLED panel is actually running at its advertised refresh rate after I set up the phone?

Open Settings, tap Display, enable the "Show refresh rate" overlay, then scroll or game — the on-screen counter will read 120 Hz when the panel is at full speed.

Does the box include a charger and cable for the 100 W fast-charge feature, or do I need to buy them separately?

The retail package ships with a 100 W power adapter and a USB Type-C cable, so no separate purchase is required for maximum charging speed.
