Redragon H891 NYX PRO Tri-Mode Headset

The Redragon H891 NYX PRO is a wireless gaming headset that offers three connection methods: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth and USB wired. It is aimed at gamers who want one headset for PC, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Mac and mobile devices without switching hardware.

Tri-mode flexibility for multi-platform users

The headset suits players who move between competitive PC or console gaming and casual mobile use, with a retractable microphone that hides away for everyday listening. Buyers who need a dedicated analogue connection or a lighter headset for pure mobile commuting should look elsewhere.

65-hour battery with 3-hour recharge

A 1200 mAh battery provides up to 65 hours of operating time and recharges fully in about 3 hours, so the headset stays ready for extended sessions without frequent charging breaks.

Questions about this item

Which connection mode should I pick — 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, or the USB-C wired link?

Use the 2.4 GHz receiver for low-latency gaming on PC, PS5 or Switch; switch to Bluetooth for mobile or casual listening; plug in the USB-C cable for wired play or charging while you game.

What does the 7.1 surround label mean when I am actually playing?

Double-press the M button to enable virtual 7.1 surround in both 2.4 GHz and USB wired modes, giving positional cues that help you locate footsteps and gunfire direction.

How does the 2.4 GHz link limit what I can do compared with Bluetooth or wired?

The 2.4 GHz connection works up to 10 metres with ultra-low latency for competitive play, while Bluetooth covers the same range for mobile devices and the USB-C cable removes any wireless constraint.
