Tactical MMO Layout

The Redragon M913 Impact Elite is a right-handed gaming mouse built around 12 programmable side buttons for MMO players who need quick access to ability bars and macros. It connects through 2.4 GHz wireless with a USB receiver or through a USB-C wired link, and the Pixart 3335 optical sensor delivers up to 16000 DPI across five onboard levels. The body weighs 132 grams and measures 19.7 cm in length.

Wireless Latency And Battery Limits

The 2.4 GHz link runs at 1000 Hz polling with 40G acceleration in either wireless or wired mode, so click registration stays at 1 ms. Battery life reaches 45 hours with RGB lighting active and extends to 80 hours in Eco mode, which dims the backlight. The mouse enters sleep after 9 minutes of inactivity and recharges fully in 4 hours over USB-C.

Upgrade From Standard Six-Button Mice

This model replaces a conventional six-button mouse when a player needs 16 total programmable inputs and per-button RGB customisation through Windows-only driver software. The jump is worth it for raiders and competitive MMO users who rely on side-button clusters; it is not for buyers who want macOS or Linux software support, left-handed ergonomics, or Bluetooth pairing without the 2.4 GHz dongle.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the wired or wireless mode for the lowest latency?

Both 2.4 GHz wireless and USB-C wired modes deliver a 1 ms response time and a 1000 Hz polling rate, so latency is equivalent in either mode.

What does the 16000 DPI sensor actually give me in-game?

The Pixart 3335 sensor offers five onboard DPI steps from 1000 to 16000, adjustable in ±100 increments, so you can match sensitivity precisely to any game or screen resolution.

How long will the battery last with RGB lighting on versus off?

With backlighting on the mouse runs up to 45 hours; enabling Eco mode turns off the lighting and extends use to 80 hours before recharging.
