Relaehih-178 2-Pack Stainless Steel Dining Bowls 3.3" & 3.5

Hand-Hammered Singing Bowl Set

The Relaehih-178 set includes two stainless-steel bowls hand-hammered by artisans in Nepal using traditional techniques. Each piece produces a unique tone and texture, making no two bowls exactly alike. The 3.3" and 3.5" diameters suit smaller hands, and a wooden striker is included for immediate play. This set is designed for yoga, meditation, chakra healing and classroom mindfulness activities.

Acoustic Properties and Handling

The bowls are played by striking or circling the rim with the supplied wooden striker, creating sustained resonant tones without electronic amplification. Sound volume and character depend on the user's technique and the specific bowl struck. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and requires no power source, batteries or cables for operation. Normal use involves gentle contact, producing minimal physical vibration in the hand.

Included Accessories and Their Purpose

The wooden striker is the only accessory supplied; it enables both striking and rimming techniques to produce the bowls' characteristic singing sound. No cushions, carrying cases, instructional guides or audio recordings are included in the package. The striker's size matches the bowl dimensions for comfortable grip and controlled contact. Users seeking padded rests or storage bags will need to source them separately.
