Multifunctional RC Robot with Spray and Shoot

This remote control robot walks, sings, dances, rotates 360°, sprays mist and fires suction cups or water bombs. All actions are operated from the handheld remote. The unit and controller run on five AA batteries that are not supplied. It is built from plastic and intended for children aged three to eight years old.

Indoor and Outdoor Group Play Suitability

The 22 foot control range lets children drive the robot inside a living room or outside in a garden. Multiple robots can respond to one remote at the same time for coordinated shows. Buyers who want app control, voice commands or programmable coding sequences should look at something else.

Five AA Battery Power Requirement

Both the robot and its remote need a total of five 1.5 V AA cells to function. No rechargeable pack or USB charging option is included. Shoppers who prefer a built-in rechargeable battery or a product that ships with cells must choose a different model.

Questions about this item

Which functions should I expect from the version that includes spraying and shooting?

This robot walks forward, backward, turns left or right, spins 360°, plays music, dances, sprays mist from the left shoulder and fires suction cups or water bombs loaded on the right side.

What does the 22-foot control range mean when the robot is running indoors?

The remote works up to about 22 feet, so a child can steer the robot around a living room or hallway without losing signal.

How does the remote connect and what limits does that create?

The remote uses infrared, so it needs line of sight and works best indoors; bright sunlight or walls can reduce the effective range.
