A 24-channel PoE network video recorder with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive for continuous local recording from up to 16 wired and 8 battery-powered Reolink cameras
This Reolink network video recorder supports up to 24 IP cameras, with sixteen PoE ports for wired cameras and capacity for eight battery-powered Wi-Fi cameras. It arrives with a pre-installed 4 TB hard drive for continuous 24/7 recording across all channels. The unit is built for home or small-business surveillance systems that need a single recorder for mixed wired and wireless cameras.
Each of the sixteen PoE ports delivers up to 25 W under IEEE 802.3 af/at, carrying both data and power over a single Ethernet cable up to 330 ft. A common issue is exceeding the total power budget when many high-draw cameras are connected, which can cause ports to shut down or cameras to reboot. The NVR does not support third-party cameras, so buyers using other brands will find them incompatible.
The recorder uses H.265 and H.264 compression to manage continuous streams from up to twenty-four cameras simultaneously. Internal storage can be expanded to 16 TB using two drives of up to 8 TB each, preventing early overwrite during long retention periods. Operating temperature is rated from -10 °C to +45 °C, and the fanless design relies on passive cooling, so airflow around the chassis must remain unobstructed during extended recording sessions.

Check live view on the HDMI or VGA output and verify each of the up to 24 channels shows video; the Reolink App and Client also display real-time streams and recording status for every camera.
The box includes the NVR with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive and a DC 48V power supply; you need to buy up to 16 Reolink PoE cameras and CAT6 or CAT7 Ethernet cables for each wired connection.
The recorder ships with a 4TB drive and accepts up to 16TB total using two 8TB hard drives, so adding a second 8TB HDD gives the longest continuous recording capacity.
