Dual-Lens PTZ Solar Camera

The Reolink TrackMix M22 is a wireless outdoor surveillance camera that combines a 4MP dual-lens system with 355° pan and 90° tilt movement. It targets homeowners who want automated tracking of people, vehicles and pets without running mains power to the mounting location. The included 6W solar panel keeps the battery topped up for continuous operation.

2K 4MP Dual-Lens Resolution

The single specification that decides fit is the 2K 4MP dual-lens capture, which delivers both wide-angle context and a simultaneous close-up view. Auto-zoom tracking uses the second lens to follow detected motion across the 360° coverage area, so you receive detail on the subject while retaining situational awareness. Buyers who need a single fixed lens or higher than 4MP resolution should look elsewhere.

Sustained Solar-Powered Operation

Under continuous daily use the camera relies on the bundled solar panel to replenish the battery, removing the need for periodic manual recharging. Dual-band 2.4 and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi maintains a stable link for live streaming and alerts during extended recording sessions. Local microSD storage avoids recurring cloud fees while the spotlight and siren provide active deterrence throughout the night.

Questions about this item

What does the 4MP 2K resolution deliver on the TrackMix M22?

The dual-lens camera records at 4 megapixels with 2K Super HD detail, giving a wide-angle overview and a zoomed close-up of the same scene simultaneously.

How does the dual-band 2.4 and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi affect connection stability?

You can choose the 2.4 GHz band for longer range through walls or the 5.0 GHz band for higher throughput when the camera is closer to the router.

What mounting movement does the 355° pan and 90° tilt require?

The camera pans 355° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically, so the mounting surface must allow that full range of motion without obstruction.
