It is not suited for builds that need more than 280 watts of continuous power.

The supply delivers a maximum rated output of 420 watts with a total continuous wattage of 280 watts. It provides +5V, -5V, +12V1, +12V2, +3.3V, -12V and +5V-SB rails for motherboard, CPU and peripheral loads.
