10-pack UHF FRS radios

This 10-pack supplies a team with Retevis RT22 UHF FRS two-way radios for instant voice coordination. Each unit operates on 16 channels with 121 privacy codes to find a clear frequency. The compact, lightweight body fits adults and children alike. VOX enables hands-free operation while a channel lock prevents accidental changes.

16 channels and 121 codes

Sixteen UHF channels and 121 privacy codes provide enough combinations for a school, restaurant or event crew to isolate their talk group. The 2 W output covers typical indoor and short-range outdoor distances. Dense walls or long outdoor stretches will exceed the useful range. The Li-on battery recharges from a 3.7 V DC source for repeated daily use.

Pocket build with belt clip

A thin, pocket-size chassis and a quick-release belt clip keep the radio secure on a belt or strap during active work. The clip installs and removes without tools for fast handoffs between shifts. Channel lock guards the selected frequency from bumps. The operating range of -10 to 50 °C suits indoor and moderate outdoor conditions.

Questions about this item

Will these radios communicate with my older FRS radios that use the same 16 channels and 121 privacy codes?

Yes, the RT22 operates on standard FRS UHF frequencies with 16 channels and 121 privacy codes, so it will interoperate with any compatible FRS radio set to matching settings.

How can I confirm the VOX hands-free function and channel lock are active after I set them up?

Speak near the microphone without pressing the push-to-talk button; the radio transmits automatically when VOX detects your voice, and the channel number on the display will not change if you accidentally press the selector while channel lock is on.

Does the 10-pack include everything needed to charge and use all units immediately, or must I buy anything else?

The package contains ten RT22 radios with rechargeable Li-ion batteries installed, a multi-slot USB charging base and belt clips; no additional accessories are required for basic operation.
