1985 Pontiac Fiero GT 1/24 Kit

This 1/24 scale plastic model kit reproduces the 1985 Pontiac Fiero GT with 79 detailed parts. It is aimed at adult hobbyists and collectors who enjoy building vintage American sports cars. The officially licensed kit arrives in vintage-style packaging with parts moulded in white. Paint and cement are required but not included.

Assembly difficulty and common issues

Rated at skill Level 4, the kit demands experience with small parts and precise alignment of the mid-mounted V-6 engine and opening engine cover. Builders often struggle with fitting the high-tech wheels and the optional ram-air scoop without gaps. Applying the colourful decals over curved body panels also requires patience and a steady hand.

Finished model handling and display

Once assembled the model measures approximately 6.1875 inches long, 3 inches wide and 2.25 inches high. The detailed 2.8-litre V-6 remains visible under the hinged cover, while soft black tires and the large rear spoiler add period-correct presence. The completed replica is intended for shelf display rather than frequent handling.
