RFWEL Infra 12 dBi Log Periodic Antenna

This directional antenna operates from 698 to 2700 MHz with 12 dBi gain and an installed N-Female connector. It includes pole mounting hardware and is equivalent to Cradlepoint part number 170588-000. The unit suits DAS, LTE, cellular, AWS, PCS and 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi applications. It is designed for use with AER, ARC and COR products that have integrated modems.

Suited for fixed installations needing targeted gain

Installers who need a single antenna covering 698-960 MHz at 10 dBi and 1710-2700 MHz at 12 dBi will find this model fits. It is not for mobile or portable setups that require omnidirectional reception. It is also not for systems that cannot accommodate a directional antenna pointed at a known signal source. Buyers needing a different connector type or frequency range should look elsewhere.

Frequency range and gain

The antenna covers 698-960 MHz with 10 dBi gain and 1710-2700 MHz with 12 dBi gain. This dual-band specification determines whether the antenna matches the target network bands. The installed N-Female connector and included pole mount complete the mechanical interface.

Questions about this item

How much heat or power does the 12 dBi log-periodic antenna generate during continuous operation?

The antenna is a passive component with no internal electronics, so it produces no heat and draws no power when running all day.

What connector and mounting hardware must I already have to install this N-Female antenna?

You need a cable or device with an N-Male plug to mate with the installed N-Female jack, and a pole of suitable diameter for the included mounting brackets.

Will this 698-2700 MHz antenna work with my older Cradlepoint COR IBR600C or ARC CBA750 modem?

Yes, the antenna is listed as equivalent to Cradlepoint part 170588-000 and is compatible with COR IBR600C, COR IBR650C, ARC CBA750 and other listed AER, ARC and COR models.
