Ricoh SP 3710SF 4-in-1 monochrome laser MFP

The Ricoh SP 3710SF is a desktop monochrome laser multifunction printer that prints, copies, scans and faxes. It suits small offices or workgroups that need reliable black-and-white output with colour scanning and fax capability. A 4.3-inch colour touch panel provides direct access to all functions. Standard memory is 256 MB.

Fits a desktop with network and USB connectivity

The unit connects via Ethernet 100BASE-TX/10BASE-T or USB for integration into an existing LAN or direct PC attachment. A 35-sheet automatic reversing document feeder and a 50-sheet bypass tray support mixed-media jobs without manual intervention. Automatic duplex printing is built in, freeing users from manually flipping pages for two-sided output. The 250-sheet main tray handles everyday volume.

34 ppm output with 35,000-page duty cycle

Rated at up to 34 pages per minute for both printing and copying, the device delivers a first page in 7.1 seconds. Maximum monthly volume reaches 5,800 prints against a 35,000-page duty cycle ceiling. Print resolution reaches 1200 x 1200 dpi, while scanning via the platen achieves 600 x 600 dpi. The starter toner yields approximately 7,000 pages to ISO/IEC 19752. Buyers who need higher monthly throughput or larger paper capacity will need a different class of device.
