Business Colour Laser Printer

The Ricoh SP C320DN is a new colour laser printer built for plain-paper output at up to 26 ppm with 600 x 600 dpi black quality. It ships with 384 MB of memory, automatic duplex printing and a 13.5-second first-page time. Standard paper capacity is 500 pages plus a 100-page bypass tray, expandable to 1,100 pages. Connectivity includes USB 2.0, Ethernet 10/100BaseTX and IEEE 802.11a/g wireless.

Small Workgroups Needing Wireless Colour Output

Teams that want networked colour printing with duplex and wireless flexibility will fit this model. It supports PCL 5c/6, XPS, PostScript 3 emulation, PDF Direct Print and PictBridge from a single standard tray. Buyers who require larger paper formats beyond A4, Legal or Executive, or who need multiple standard trays, should look at something else.

Sustained Office Duty Cycle

Under continuous load the printer maintains its rated 26 ppm through the 500-page standard tray and optional additional feeders up to 1,100 pages. The 150-page output bin and automatic duplex keep long runs flowing without manual reloading. Economy colour mode reduces toner use during extended draft printing while the ECO Night Sensor powers the unit down after hours.
