What it is

This pack contains ten red hook-and-loop cable ties, each 9 inches long and one inch wide. They are designed for bundling cables up to 2.25 inches in diameter and are rated for temperatures from -70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The nylon ties include a semi-permanent attachment end and a pull-tab for one-handed operation.

Installation and common issues

One end wraps around a cable and stays attached, while the other end uses a pull-tab to secure or release the bundle with one hand. The ties are tested for up to 10,000 release cycles, so repeated adjustments should not degrade the fastener. A tie that is too short for a large bundle will not close properly, so verify the 2.25 inch maximum diameter before use.

Deciding specification

The maximum bundle diameter of 2.25 inches is the single figure that determines whether these ties fit your cables. If your cable groups exceed this size, the ties will not close securely. Each pack provides ten individual ties rated at 90 lb tensile strength for reliable holding power.
