Ready-to-cut cable management

This 75 ft roll of hook-and-loop tie lets you cut the exact length each bundle needs. The violet nylon and polyethylene material carries a 50 lb tensile strength and a .5 in width. It operates from 0 Degrees to 220 Degrees F and is .08 in thick.

Build integration

The wrap-style closure needs no tools and leaves no sticky residue on cables. Because it is not mountable, it simply wraps around wire groups inside cases, racks or vehicle looms. You free up the fixed-length ties you would otherwise discard after one use.

Ideal users and limits

Technicians who re-route cables often will appreciate the reusable wrap and cut-to-length flexibility. Buyers who need permanent, tamper-proof fastening or a self-adhesive backing should look at something else. The roll also lacks flame-retardant rating for plenum spaces.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum bundle diameter the 0.5 in wide roll can hold before the 50 lb tensile strength is exceeded?

The tie has a variable maximum bundle diameter and a 50 lb tensile rating; diameter limits depend on how many wraps you apply.

How hot does the nylon and polyethylene material get when wrapped around cables running continuously at full load?

The material is rated for continuous use from 0 to 220 degrees F, so it will not degrade at normal cable operating temperatures.

Does the 75 ft roll include any mounting hardware or adhesive backing for securing it to a surface?

The roll is not mountable and has no adhesive; it is designed to be cut to length and wrapped around bundles only.
