8.5-Inch Planner Cover for Field Use

The RITE IN THE RAIN 9250T is a Cordura planner cover sized at 8.5 by 7 inches with a 2-inch spine. It includes the cover, a binder mechanism, a writing guard and a ruler. The tan fabric resists moisture and abrasion, making it suitable for outdoor professionals who need to keep notes legible in wet or dirty conditions.

Upgrade from Paper-Only Systems

This cover replaces loose sheets or flimsy folders that fall apart when damp. The jump is worth it when field notes must survive rain, mud or repeated handling without tearing. The integrated binder and writing guard turn a vulnerable stack of pages into a single rugged unit that stays usable through a full shift.

Fits Standard 8.5-Inch Forms

The cover accepts common 8.5-inch forms and refill paper, so existing templates slide in without reprinting. The Cordura shell protects the contents while the built-in ruler and writing guard free up pocket space otherwise needed for separate tools. It requires no power, mounting hardware or special storage — just a flat surface to write on.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 9250T planner cover so I know if my 8.5-inch planner fits?

The cover measures 8.5 inches in length, 7 inches in width, and 2 inches in height, designed to fit standard planners of that size.

How do I install the binder and writing guard into the Cordura cover without damaging the rings?

Open the binder rings fully, align the planner and writing guard holes, insert them onto the rings, then snap the rings shut firmly to secure everything.

Will the Cordura cover material or the included ruler need replacing after heavy field use?

Cordura is highly abrasion-resistant and the ruler is durable plastic; both are built for long service and typically do not require replacement under normal conditions.
